Almond flour is easily digestible and has a mild and slightly sweet flavour. This makes it a very suitable flour substitute for sweet baked goods. The flour is rich in fibre and protein, low in carbohydrates and gluten-free. Almond flour is a good substitute for wheat flour.

ALMOND 100%. Not to be used in case of nut allergy.Keep dry and cool (max. 15°C) and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
