Product information "Buttercream mix 400g - gluten-free"
With the Tasty Me buttercream mix, you can easily make your own delicious buttercream.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 200g of mix and 135ml of water in a bowl until smooth and leave to rest for 1 hour. Beat or mix 240g soft (cream) butter for 2 minutes. Add half the mixture to the beaten butter and mix until well incorporated. Finally, add the rest of the mixture and mix again for 5 minutes. Tip: Made too much? Buttercream is good to freeze, defrost before use and mix through again briefly.
Ingredients:
Sugar, dextrose, modified starch, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut oil), glucose syrup, corn starch, skimmed MILK powder, thickener: E404; flavours, MILK protein, acidity regulator: E330; emulsifiers: E472a, E471; stabiliser: E340. For allergens, see the bold ingredients. May contain traces of: egg, soy and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
