Make the most delicious dessert with the Tasty Me chocolate mousse. Delicious in combination with the caramel mousse.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 200g mix, 120g cold milk and 200g whipping cream for 3-4 minutes with a mixer until light and fluffy. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag (or a plastic sandwich bag from which you cut a small corner) and fill pretty (glass) serving dishes with it. Leave some space to add garnish. Cover the dishes with kitchen foil and put them in the fridge for a few hours to stiffen. Just before serving, sprinkle grated coconut chips, chocolate flakes, or a dollop of whipped cream over the bowls for decoration and top with some fresh fruit. Tip: also combine with our Caramel mousse.
Ingredients:
Sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, glucose syrup, skimmed MILK powder, skimmed MILK protein, maize starch, dark chocolate 0.5% (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: E322, flavouring); flavouring, stabiliser: E340; salt, thickener: E466; emulsifiers: E472a, E471. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: eggs, soy and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
