Product information "Fondant white 200g - gluten-free"
Our rollfondant is AZO-free, gluten-free and GMO-free. The fondant tastes delicious, is easy to knead and is easy to roll out, which makes it very suitable for covering cakes and also for making small mouldings and decorations. Always knead the fondant well before use. (Advice +/- 5min)
It is best to store our fondant covered in a dark and dry place at a temperature between 16-23°C. After opening, it is important to close the remaining fondant tightly with, for example, transparent foil.
Ingredients:
Sugar 70%, glucose syrup, vegetable oils and fats (palm oil, cotton oil, safflower oil, sunflower safflower oil, sunflower oil, shea butter, illipe fat), water, thickeners sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466), xanthan gum (E415), guar gum (E412), tragacanth gum (E413); maize starch, wetting agent: glycerol (E422); acidity regulator: citric acid citric acid (E330); flavouring, preservative: potassium sorbate (E202).
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
