Product information "Zeelandia Maro marzipan blank"
Zeelandia Maro marzipan blank is easy to roll out without tearing or breaking. The marzipan has the familiar 1:3 rolling quality of almond and sugar. Smooth to shape and the finished product dries, but does not dry out. Zeelandia produces almond marzipan using the hot method, better known as the Lübecker method. This is unique and has several major advantages. First of all, it produces an excellent flavour and good workability. The marzipan has a long shelf life because it is made at very high temperatures and produced with carefully selected almonds.
Zeelandia marzipan is packaged in 1 airtight containers of 2.5 kg. Maximum storage temperature 20°C, processing at approx. 21°C.
