Product information "Flower cream mix 300g - gluten-free"
Make a beautiful flower cake or flower cupcakes with Tasty Me's flower cream.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Mix 150g mix and 100ml water in a bowl until smooth and leave to rest for 1 hour. Beat or mix 180g soft (cream) butter for 2 minutes. Add half the mixture to the beaten butter and mix until well incorporated. Finally, add the rest of the mixture and mix again for 5 minutes. Ideal for piping flowers with a piping bag and icing a cake. Tip: Made too much? You can easily freeze the flower cream, let it thaw before use and mix again.
Ingredients:
Sugar, dextrose, starch (maize and potato), skimmed MILK powder, thickeners: E466; flavourings, acidity regulator: E330; glucose syrup, non-hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut), emulsifiers (vegetable): E472a, E471; MILK PROTEIN, stabiliser: E340ii. May contain traces of: egg, soybeans, nuts, sesame and mustard.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
