Making these Tasty Me gingerbread cookies will get you right into the Christmas spirit.

Gluten-free - lactose free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats

Essentials:

For 1 cake of 20cm:

400g mix, 200g egg (4 pieces mt M), 125g soft (cream) butter, bowl, mixer, cake tin (round ca.20cm or rectangular ca. 28cm). Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 125g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed.*TIP: delicious with some extra chopped ginger, lemon zest and cinnamon or speculoos flavouring.

Preparation:

Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Lightly grease the baking tin. Mix the mix, butter/oil and egg for about 5 minutes on medium speed. Add additional ingredients as desired and pour into the baking tin. Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 50 minutes. Delicious with a topping of Crème Chantilly or whipped cream.

Ingredients:

Sugar, rice flour, corn flour, corn starch, sweetener: sorbitols (E420); emulsifier: polyglyceride esters of fatty acids (E475), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); cinnamon, ginger 1%, raising agents diphosphates (E450), sodium carbonates (E500); acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone (E575); thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethylcellulose (E466); salt, cloves, nutmeg. May contain traces of: milk, eggs, soy and nuts.

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
