Don't want to serve a standard cake? Then the green velvet cake mix from Tasty Me is just right for you. The cake has a beautiful green colour.
Gluten-free - lactose free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 350g mix, 125g butter and 150g eggs (3 pcs size M) in 5 minutes on medium speed to a smooth batter. Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 125g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. Pour the batter into a greased Ø18/20 cm baking tin. Baking time (middle of the oven): 45-50 minutes, then remove immediately from the baking tin and allow to evaporate on a wire rack. Cupcakes: baking time 30-35 minutes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, maize starch, humectant: E420; rice starch; colour: E100, E133; acidity regulator: E575; emulsifier: E475, E471, raising agent: E450, E500; cocoa powder, thickener: E412, E466; salt, flavour. May contain traces of: milk protein, egg, soybeans and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
