Product information "Lava cake mix 300g - gluten-free"
Make delicious lava cakes with melted chocolate at the centre.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (convection oven 170°C). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix 300g mix, 150g (cream) butter and 100g eggs (2 pcs mt M) in 3 minutes to a smooth batter. Lactose-free recipe: substitute butter for 150g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. Divide the mix between lightly greased ramakins or souffle trays. Not in the house? Then use (silicone) cupcake moulds. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Baking time approx. 14 minutes (cupcakes shorter). Note: when a crust forms at the top, remove the lava cake from the oven immediately otherwise the core will no longer be soft. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh fruit such as raspberries.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
