Fill your kitchen with the scent of freshly baked apple cinnamon cake with the Tasty Me apple cinnamon cake mix.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 190°C (convection oven 180°C). Mix 400g mix, 145g softened butter and 220g eggs (4.5 pcs size M) for 3 minutes on medium speed to form a firm and pale batter. Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 145g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. Pour the batter into a greased Ø 20cm baking tin. Baking time (middle of the oven): first 5 minutes at 190°C, then 40 minutes at 160°C. Then remove immediately from the baking tin and leave to dry out on a wire rack. Cupcakes: baking time 30-35 minutes.

Sugar, rice flour, corn starch, tapioca starch, humectant: E420; maize flour, rice starch, vegetable fibres, raising agents: E450, E500; emulsifiers: E475, E471; acidity regulator: E330; flavouring, salt, thickeners: E412, E466. May contain traces of: milk protein, egg, soy and nuts.

The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
