Make easliy delicious macarons yourself with the Tasty Me macarons mix.
Gluten-free - lactose-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
For approx. 22 macarons (44 ‘halves’). Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix the mix with 58g of egg white (weigh exactly) and add the Tasty Me food colouring as desired. Mix for at least 5 minutes on the highest setting. Scoop into a piping bag and pipe rounds onto a macaron mat* or baking paper. Leave to rest for two hours. Preheat the oven to 140°C (130°C for hot air). Baking time 15 minutes. *TIP: Remove the macaron mat from the oven and place on a chilled surface such as a moistened kitchen worktop so they release easily. Pipe buttercream or a filling of your choice onto one half and place them on top of each other.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice starch, ALMOND flour, modified corn starch, corn starch, EGG white, rice protein, colouring agent: E170; flavouring, acidity regulator: glucono-delta-lactone. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: milk, soya and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
