Product information "Mold feather"
With this food-safe silicone feather mold you can easily make a beautiful feather. The fragile and detailed structure makes the result look deceptively real.
Knead the fondant or modeling chocolate well and turn it into a ball. Put this in the silicone mold and press it well (with fondant roller for example). Cut away the excess fondant. Press the cut spring on the back to get details on both sides. Now place the mold with the fondant contents on the table upside down and push the mass out of the silicone mold with a rolling motion. Let it dry quietly for a while. You can paint, dust or spray the feather after this.
Tips for use: If the mass sticks, dust the silicone mold with a little baking starch. Do not roll the mass too thin, you can roll it further after cutting it out, or just squeeze the silicone mold tighter.
