Essentials:
300g mix, 150g hot water, 75g egg (2 pieces size S, weigh out), 75ml whole milk, possibly 200g currants, sultanas and/or apple, bowl, mixer with dough hooks, ice cream scoop or 2 spoons, (frying) oil, possibly icing sugar or sugar baking powder.
Preparation:
Soak the currants and sultanas in lukewarm water for a while (15 min). Mix the mix, water, milk and eggs into a smooth batter at high speed for a few minutes. Add the soaked raisins (and/or apple) and stir briefly by hand. Let the dough rest at room temperature (approx. 25 degrees) covered with cling film for 40 minutes. Heat (deep-frying) oil to approx. 170°C (pan or fryer). Fry for approx. 3-4 minutes until cooked and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with icing sugar or sugar baking powder.

gum; psyllium fibre, raising agent: sodium carbonate; brewer's yeast powder, salt, natural

Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
