Bake a delicious sweet cake with a hint of strawberry with the Tasty Me strawberry cake mix.
Gluten-free - no palm oil - no hydrogenated fats
Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 170°C (convection oven 160°C). Mix 300g mix, 130g soft butter and 150g eggs (3 pieces size M) in a bowl. Lactose-free recipe: replace the butter with 130g of seed oil such as sunflower or rapeseed. Mix on medium speed for 3 minutes to form a thick batter. Pour the batter into a greased 18-20cm Ø baking tin. Baking time (middle of the oven): about 40-45 minutes. Cupcakes: baking time 18-20 minutes.
Ingredients:
Sugar, rice flour, cocoa butter (cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, stabiliser: E450, humectant: E420; strawberry powder 1% (strawberry, matodextrin), raising agents: E450, E500; rice starch, emulsifiers: E475, E471; flavourings, thickener: E412; salt. For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of eggs, soy and nuts.
Keep dry and cool and avoid heat sources.
The mixes are produced in a gluten-free facility and Tasty Me can therefore guarantee that the mixes contain less than 20mg / 20ppm gluten per kg. From this low amount, most people with celiac disease or glutensitivity do not experience any symptoms.
