Our red sugar pearls have a beautiful striking red colour and are a great finishing touch on a cupcake, cake or other treats. These sugar pearls are hard, but very edible and perfectly round. Many decorations are possible with these pearls, for example for themed cakes for Valentine's Day and Christmas, a decoration at the bottom of a cake or sprinkle them over the buttercream of cupcakes.
