With Zeelandia strawberry bavarois mix, you can easily make a delectable strawberry-flavoured bavarois. Suitable for many purposes, such as in cakes, as a tasty, fresh dessert or as a cake filling.
Recipe:
100 g strawberry bavarois powder, 125 g lukewarm water, 500 ml whipped cream.
Preparation:
Whip the cream until lumpy (like yoghurt). Mix the bavarois powder with the water and immediately fold the mixture into the whipped cream. Process immediately before use, then leave to set in the fridge for approx. 1 hour. Can be frozen.

Sugar, starch, gelatine, dried strawberry, modified starch E1414, food acid E330, flavouring, colouring E162, acidity regulator E330, salt.
